well, hes gettin a decent 16l p.a package so fuel isnt an issue, he just wants to know if the traffic and road system is messed up , like in Mumbai xD

in mumbai its better to just take local train/metro than drive anywhere tbh roads too narrow, jams too long

Like in Delhi, theres great food and hangout places in like every corner of the city so people drive alot to taste speciality foods or best pubs n all
