i already know that but many people don't trade only for poke's lvl 1k or more

Hi, if you ever want to trade, post what you want to trade here. I'll tell you if it's good.
You should train your Charizard to level 500, then trade it for a lugia, celebi, ho-oh, or a good level 4. Then keep training and getting good pokes, then trade them all for a 1k and so on. Most people who have like 100x got there by luck (contests, freebies, whatever). So keep working hard and you can start to get good pokes. If you need help training, refer to this:

Set your starter's moves to (in this order):
Toxic
Fly (or Dig, but I prefer Fly)
Doublekick
Whatever other move you want.

Then, search 482301.

1.When the first blissey comes out, use toxic. If it hits go to step two. If it doesn't, use it again.
2. Now, if toxic hit the first turn, use doublekick, if it didn't, use Fly.
3. Now, use fly (if you haven't already)
4. Use Doublekick twice
5. Go back to step 3.
Keep doing this until you defeat the blisseys. This is the most effective way to train for people who don't have levels. the Blisseys are level 2500, but you can defeat them with a level 5.
